Congratulations to Cori and Joel! I apologize again for being behind on my postings. Cori and Joel were married this summer at the Briarhurst Manor. I love the Briarhurst for all of the photographic opportunities. Cori and Joel had a huge family with lots of nieces and nephews they obviously loved a lot and had great candid photo opportunities. Joel created some stunning woodwork for their wedding which was simply priceless and surprised Cori with! I had an awesome time with Jamie and Chris for their engagement photography shoot. They had the most behaved dog I have ever met! My Daughter The Model....

My daughter was a model for a day! A did a photo shoot for my friend Tammy who owns Weddings of the Rockies Videography. She is designing her new ads for Garden of the Gods Club and The Broadmoor. Both the kids did such a great job! They were so well behaved and I think my daughter made a new friend as she got a lollipop from her co-model at the end of the shoot :)

It's still senior portrait time for some schools. I got to photograph Ashley while the aspen trees still had some color left on them. I'm sure they will be gone by tomorrow with our impending snow! My Baby Turns Two....

Colorado Springs Child Portraits

This is a favorite child portraits from two nights ago. I had three grandchildren and two sets of grandparents. The kids had wonderful smiles but, I really like the ones with them interacting with each other. I had a few favorites but, this one really stood out with me.

This is Zach. He was just a little guy when we photographed his parent's wedding. Now he is a senior in high school! He's a handsome guy and what he really wanted was a photo with his dog. Well, we got it with both him and his dog smiling. Congrats Zach!

Colorado Springs High School Seniors

I always have a hard time picking just one photo from a shoot, especially with High School Seniors. They are absolutely my favorite to photograph. Alesha is no exception. If fact I could post her whole shoot- all 66 photos. But, I won't. I'll post one here and add a few to my senior album on the page. She was so wonderful and beautiful!
